I am Maria, a woman deeply connected to art, healing, and the power of transformation.

For more than a decade, I have dedicated myself to the ancient textile technique of felting — a method that, for me, connects us back to the roots of our humanity. Through my own artistic process, I developed a unique way of working with wool fibers: shaping them into poetic forms that carry emotion, presence, and power. My work is a dialogue between hand, heart, and soul.

I was born in Germany and have lived and worked in southern France, near Toulouse, since 2005. From 2006 to 2018, I exhibited my textile sculptures internationally and taught professional felting courses across Europe, North and South America. In 2013, I received the “Young Designers” award from Ateliers d’Art de France for my monumental wall hanging Cycle — a piece that still speaks deeply to my soul.

But art, for me, was never just form or beauty. It has always been a portal for healing and inner truth. After years of immersing myself in the creative process, I realized: the same energy we use to create art is the energy we use to shape our lives.

This insight led me to deepen my path — I became a practitioner in dynamic art therapy and in craniosacral energy work (Cranio 5D – Henrike Baumgartner). Both approaches allowed me to witness the deep potential within us all to heal, to transform, and to reclaim our inner strength. I’ve lived this myself. After navigating many of life’s challenges — motherhood, isolation, financial struggle,  and moments of deep doubt — I found my way back to my essence.

Today, my passion is to accompany others on their journey.
To help them make their life their masterpiece.

Whether through art, coaching, or mentorship, I create safe spaces where people can reconnect with their essence, transform old patterns, and rediscover joy, clarity, and creative power.

Through my mentorship program “Mastering Patterns – Free Your Creative Power”, my training in Creative Healing Work with Felt, or during transformative retreats, I offer guidance and inspiration rooted in my own lived experience.

Art, for me, is a sacred act — a bridge between the visible and invisible. It teaches us to listen deeply, to feel, and to trust the natural rhythm of becoming. Every felted sculpture, every workshop, every shared moment with my clients is part of a greater vision:
To leave behind a legacy of light, transformation, and beauty.
To inspire others to rise into their truth.

Cycle is a tribute to the eternal rhythm of life — to the sacred process of becoming, changing, creating.

It reflects the natural cycles that shape both our inner and outer worlds:
Seed – growth – transformation – blossoming – and return.
It is about metamorphosis. About the moments when something breaks, only to give way to something new. It is the breath of evolution. The silent pulse of nature. The creative journey of the soul.

A seed falls into fertile soil — seemingly small, yet carrying infinite potential.
It roots itself in the dark, begins to rise, stretches toward the light, transforms.
It blooms. And through that bloom, it shares its essence, its beauty, its truth.
And then, it sows again.

This cycle is not just nature’s way.
It is also the cycle of every human being who dares to create — to live, to transform, to leave a legacy.

I was born in East Germany — a place shaped by limitations, transitions, and broken systems. A country that no longer exists. Yet I am deeply grateful for what I received:
Not comfort, but contrast.
Not certainty, but change.
Challenges that asked me to remember my own power, my creativity, and to shape a life of freedom from within.

Cycle is a personal and collective memory.
It carries the wisdom that, even when worlds break apart, something new is always waiting to be born.

We can all find that seed inside us — the source of security, peace, and power that no outer system can give or take.
From that place, we can shape new worlds. We can rise into truth, live with compassion, and leave a legacy rooted in inner freedom.

This work is an invitation to remember:
